These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with the Autherise Platform (the "Service") operated by CapEdge Technologies, LLC ("us", "we", or "our"), a United States limited liability company operating with a business license in the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.

Acceptance of Terms

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Autherise Platform application (the "Service"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the following jurisdiction structure:

  • Service Operations: Laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, as the primary jurisdiction where our services are offered
  • Corporate Matters: Laws of the United States, as the jurisdiction of our incorporation
  • Data Protection: Both US and Bahamian data protection laws, as applicable

Currency and Payments

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Transactions may be processed in either USD or Bahamian Dollars (BSD) according to current exchange rates and local regulations.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our Service shall be resolved according to:

  • For users in The Bahamas: The laws and courts of The Bahamas shall have primary jurisdiction
  • For matters involving corporate operations: US laws may apply where appropriate
